Ingredients
1 Burger Bun
1 Crispy Herbs Chicken Patties or Organic Oat-Crusted Chicken Breast Patty (Suitable for kids)
1 Teaspoon Warm Coconut Milk
A Pinch of Salt
2 Teaspoon Butter
3 Teaspoon Sambal Peanut Anchovies or Peanut Anchovies (Suitable for kids & those who don’t prefer spicy food)
1 Egg
½ Teaspoon Fried Shallots
2 Pieces cut Cucumber Slices
2 Teaspoon Oil
Instructions
Coconut filling
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of oil.
Step 2
Fry egg till desired doneness and set aside.
Step 3
Add remaining oil using the same frying pan.
Step 4
Fry herbs chicken patty or oat-crusted chicken breast patty till golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Step 5
In a small bowl, add warm coconut milk and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Step 6
Split buns into halves, spread 1 teaspoon of butter on each side. Toast the buns on a grill pan until light golden brown for about 10 seconds.
Step 7
Add 1½ teaspoon of Sambal Peanut Anchovies on the base of the bun.
Step 8
Next, add crispy herbs chicken patty or oat-crusted chicken breast patty and drizzle warm coconut milk onto chicken patty.
Step 9
Top with egg, fried shallots, cucumber slices.
Step 10
Add 1½ teaspoon of Sambal Peanut Anchovies before placing the top potion of the bun.
